How much does AddressBee cost?

Creating a basic account and using AddressBee is free. We are working to improve AddressBee by adding a bunch of new features. Some of these features may only be available by signing up for a paid AddressBee account, but we assure you that having a basic account with AddressBee will always be free.

Is my information secure?

Yes. The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Do you share any of my information?

How do I log in to AddressBee?

Upon signing up for AddressBee, you will receive an email at the address you provided. Click on the link provided in the email and you will be directed to sign in with the password you created. After your initial login, you can simply visit AddressBee.com and login using your email address as your user ID and selected password.

What if I forget my password?

At the AddressBee login screen, click on the "forgot password?" link. An email will be sent to you. To reset your password follow the link and use the security code provided in the email.

How do my contacts get automatically updated?

Any contact that is linked to your AddressBee account will automatically update when they elect to change their information. So if Aunt Jenny updates her information in her AddressBee account, the next time you view your AddressBee account you will see her new information. It"s that easy!

How do I enter a new contact?

To add a new contact to your contact list, simply click "add new contact" and enter in their information. Their name and information will then appear in your list of contacts. If you would like their information to be automatically updated, you can send them an invitation to update their information within AddressBee and link to your account so that in the future, their information will automatically update.

How to do I manually update a contact?

Login to your AddressBee account. Select the contact you wish to edit and click "edit contact". Upon finishing your edits, click "save" and the entry will be updated. You can elect to send an invitation for your contact to join AddressBee so that future information changes can be updated automatically for you!

How do I upload my current address book(s) from other mediums/software?

Login to your AddressBee account. Click on the "Add Contacts" tab, and make sure "Import Contacts" is selected within the navigation bar on the left of the page. For the first step, select the address book you would like to import from by clicking on it"s picture. Then in the second step, click on the "import from.." button. Another window will pop-up and allow you to login to that address book account and select the contacts you would like to import. The windows look different based on which addressbook you are trying to import. Simply follow the prompts, and you will get a confirmation message once your contacts have been successfully imported.

How do I invite others to be a part of AddressBee?

If someone is entered in your contact list, but they do not have an AddressBee account, you can invite them to join. Simply click on the "Invite me" box by their name in your contact list. You will then see a confirmation box asking you if you would like to send an invitation email to join AddressBee.
